Description
C.H.I. Overhead Doors is seeking a Plant Manager to lead, direct, and oversee daily operations and customer service at our standalone Service Center facility in Lathrop, CA. The top requirements for this role are a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, 5 years of leadership experience managing a standalone facility, and 5 years in a customer-facing role.

- Operational & Team Leadership: Lead, direct, and mentor customer service, warehouse, and accounting personnel while driving continuous improvement to reach safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and P&L metrics.
- Customer Engagement & Growth: Partner directly with dealer customers and sales teams to drive revenue growth, improve customer experience, and expand local market share.
- Compliance & Execution: Enforce compliance with company, state, and federal policies while maintaining hands-on capabilities across all operational, accounting, and service roles.

- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or an applicable field (or equivalent combination of training and experience), plus at least 5 years managing standalone operations and 5 years in customer-facing roles.
- Core Competencies: Strong leadership in fast-paced environments, solid understanding of financial/accounting principles, and proven talent for teammate engagement.
- Technical & Operations Knowledge: General familiarity with engineering systems and experience in quality, materials management, or engineering environments.
