Description
-Oversee daily operations of the food processing plant -Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations -Manage production schedules to meet customer demands -Implement and enforce quality control standards -Coordinate maintenance and repair of plant equipment -Develop and manage the plant budget -Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement
-10+ years of experience in food processing or manufacturing -Strong understanding of HACCP, GMP, and other food safety standards -Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies -Strong project management experience -Proficiency in ERP software and other relevant technology
