You will lead a highly complex semiconductor gases and chemicals production facility, providing strategic direction and day-to-day leadership to a multi-level organization of managers, supervisors, and operations personnel while fostering a culture of safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement. You will manage and escalate equipment and product quality issues, maintaining adequate inventory of production supplies and support 5S and Lean Projects and hazardous waste activities, continuously identifying ways to reduce plant operating costs through Operational Excellence strategies.
