About the Role

This role involves managing all aspects of plant performance to ensure alignment with long-term goals. The position exists to oversee production, maintenance, staffing, and safety, creating scalable production systems and optimizing asset utilization. By fulfilling these responsibilities, the role contributes to the organization's operational efficiency and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead facility operations to meet delivery, quality, and safety standards.
  • Drive cost efficiency by monitoring performance metrics to reduce operating costs and ensure budget adherence.
  • Develop staffing strategies to build a strong and engaged workforce.
  • Implement initiatives for process optimization, material utilization, and waste reduction.
  • Promote a zero-incident culture and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with various teams for cross-functional coordination and alignment of plant functions.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and capacity plans.
  • Ensure maintenance of systems and machinery to prevent downtime.
  • Act as a liaison for client visits and supplier relationships.
  • Provide insights and reports on KPIs, cost trends, and compliance status.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • 10 years of leadership experience in manufacturing, with expertise in production, maintenance, and finance.
  • Proven success managing large teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong understanding of financial metrics and operational KPIs.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, inventory control, and lean manufacturing.
