Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure business objectives are achieved.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Operations Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Experience in automotive manufacturing REQUIRED. 7+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, including direct plant management responsibilities. Strong understanding of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and operational excellence methodologies. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational performance. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, KPIs, and plant performance metrics. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business systems.What's on OfferBase salary $140,000 - $175,000 depending on level of experience.
