We are conducting a search for a Plant Manager for a nationally known company for their plant in NC. The company operates plants in the United States, and they are a major firm in their industry segment. They are able to offer the opportunity for significant upward mobility. An attractive compensation package is offered. Candidates should have previous food and/or beverage industry experience. A degree is strongly preferred. Aseptic, hot fill, and/or cold fill experience is preferred. Previous management in a high-speed manufacturing environment is required. Union experience is needed.
