    A Day in the Life

    At our Louisville, KY facility, you’ll be the go-to expert keeping production moving. Your morning could start early or a bit later—our first-shift hours are flexible so you can choose what works best. From diagnosing a sudden fault on a critical line to fine-tuning a VFD or reviewing a schematic for a planned upgrade, you’ll blend hands-on repair with proactive maintenance to minimize downtime and keep people safe.

    What You’ll Do

    • Install, service, and repair industrial electrical systems and equipment across the plant.
    • Troubleshoot faults quickly, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions to reduce downtime.
    • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to extend asset life and reliability.
    • Interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical drawings to plan and execute work.
    • Partner with technicians, operators, and leadership to uphold safety and industry standards.
    • Document all maintenance, repairs, and parts used with clear, accurate records.
    • Stay current with electrical codes and safety regulations to ensure compliant operations.

    What You Bring

    • High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an electrical apprenticeship is preferred.
    • Current electrician’s license or certification in the state of Kentucky.
    • Hands-on experience as an industrial or plant electrician.
    • Deep understanding of wiring methods, power distribution, and troubleshooting techniques.
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
    • Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and clear communication.
    • Unwavering commitment to safety.
