Your Mission

Partner with machine operators to set up, run, and clean corrugating and converting equipment. Move materials, verify dimensions with precision instruments, and keep safety and housekeeping front and center. Expect variety—cross-training lets you step into multiple roles as production needs shift.

Compensation & Schedule

• $23.08/hr up to $31.61/hr
• Hourly, Full-Time
• 6:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m. | 4-on / 4-off rotation
• No Mandatory Overtime

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Thrives in a fast-paced, 24/7 production environment (weekend availability required)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Teamwork, clear communication, and reliability
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Accuracy with measuring devices
• Willingness to cross-train
• Strict adherence to safety, policies, and good housekeeping practices
