Plant Equipment Reliability Technician — Printing & Converting

Your mission

• Own equipment uptime across a high-speed printing and packaging facility.
• Diagnose faults spanning mechanical, electrical, and software domains; apply lasting corrective actions.
• Execute timely repairs using sound methods and the right tools to minimize downtime.
• Complete inspections and preventive maintenance to enhance performance, lifespan, and safety compliance.
• Support the facility with cleanliness, spare parts oversight, and overall safety and operability.

What you bring

• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing environments maintaining production equipment.
• Strong electrical background paired with high mechanical aptitude.
• Skill in prioritizing and finishing work efficiently to protect throughput.
• Comfort using a wide range of hand and power tools.
• Nice to have: Exposure to Bobst, Manroland, Heidelberg, KBA, and/or Komori Press machinery.
