What you’ll do
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot a variety of mechanical equipment.
- Perform pipefitting, welding, and fabrication tasks to support projects and repairs.
- Execute precise alignments to maintain efficiency and reduce wear.
- Inspect systems, identify issues, and replace components to cut downtime.
- Follow preventive maintenance plans that extend equipment life.
- Champion safety procedures and safe work habits every day.

Qualifications
- Required: High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
- Also Required: Possess a minimum of one of the following:
- Preferred: Experience diagnosing and repairing hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Strong mechanical aptitude with industrial systems exposure
- Fluent in reading schematics, prints, and technical drawings
- Team-oriented communicator who thrives in manufacturing environments
- Continuous improvement mindset; committed to operational excellence
