Description Of Main Tasks
Industrialization of new products (starting support, tool optimization, process- and product adoption), interpret and analyze the product calculation
Cause analysis in case of failure (process, material, tools) in the project phase, interface between CPS and
operations
Continuous improvement of stability and waste reduction in the project phase, on site organization/coordination of tool launch
Awareness of customer- and quality requirements, work place design
Participation in tool acceptance
Transfer of technology know-how (product, material, process, tools, etc.)
Collaboration in customer projects as part of the project team, support operation topics
Additional Tasks

Skills & Competencies
Completed technical vocational training
3-6 years of work experience in an industrial company within the automotive sector
First practical work experience in an international environment
Solid process knowledge
Very good project management skills
Basics knowledge in MS Office and SAP skills on an advanced level
English language on B1 - B2 level (advanced - independent usage of language; able to communicate spontaneously)
Local language on C1 - C2 level (person is able to express himself/herself spontaneously, fluently and precisely)
