    Plant Electrical Systems Technician

    Based in: Kingman, Arizona

    What you’ll handle

    • Installation, maintenance, and repair of plant electrical systems and equipment.
    • Rapid diagnosis and resolution of electrical problems to keep production on track.
    • Use of drawings, schematics, and technical references to plan and execute tasks.
    • Regular inspections and preventive maintenance to prevent unplanned outages.
    • Strict adherence to electrical codes and safety procedures.
    • Close collaboration with other trades and departments to deliver results efficiently.
    • Accurate recordkeeping of all service, maintenance, and repair activities.
    • Continuous learning to stay current with technology and best practices.

    What you’ll need to succeed

    • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in electrical technology preferred.
    • Demonstrated experience working as an industrial electrician or similar.
    • In-depth knowledge of electrical circuits, systems, and components.
    • Proficiency interpreting technical documentation and blueprints.
    • Familiarity with industrial safety standards and regulations.
    • Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
    • Electrician’s license or certification is advantageous.
