What you will do: The Plant EHS Manager is responsible for protecting the health and safety of all TCCA employees while championing environmental stewardship and ensuring full regulatory compliance. As a key member of the Boardman Site Leadership Team, this role helps shape and drive the sites vision, strategic direction, and performance objectives toward achieving a world class EHS culture.

Working Conditions: This role operates in plant offices and department work areas located within production or warehouse environments. The workspace includes a desk and computer but may not always be temperature‑controlled and can involve exposure to loud background noise. The position requires regular entry into the production facility, including walking on uneven or slippery surfaces and navigating areas with active forklift traffic. The role requires primarily sitting, with periods of standing and walking to complete tasks. Occasional stooping, bending, and crouching may be needed for filing or accessing supplies. The position may also require occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
