Plant Controller
Pay: $120,000 - $150,000 annually, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Lead all plant accounting and financial reporting activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Develop and analyze plant budgets, forecasts, and financial performance metrics.
- Partner with operations leadership to improve profitability, reduce costs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor inventory accounting, cost accounting, and manufacturing variances.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, internal controls, and accounting standards.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong background in cost accounting, inventory management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Experience supporting plant operations and working closely with manufacturing leadership.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
