Plant Controller

The Plant Controller at Videojet will act as a strategic financial partner to plant directors and operations leadership, focusing on developing site-level budgets, financial forecasts, and actionable cost improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include analysing plant-level cost performance, delivering financial reporting, supporting capital expenditure planning, and ensuring compliance with internal controls. The role requires at least 7 years of experience in operations or manufacturing finance, a bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, and proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel. Preferred qualifications include professional accounting certifications (CPA, CMA), experience in multi-site manufacturing, and familiarity with Lean methodologies. The compensation range is $130,000-$170,000 USD per year, with comprehensive benefits and a flexible work environment.
