Compensation: $120,000–$145,000 base + 10% bonus


Plant Controller | Manufacturing Finance Leadership


Our client is a well-established manufacturing organization seeking a Plant Controller to oversee the financial activities of a large production facility. This position will work closely with operations and senior leadership, providing financial insight that helps drive profitability, improve processes, and support business growth.

What You’ll Do as a Plant Controller



  • Oversee plant financial reporting, close activities, and account analysis

  • Monitor manufacturing costs, margins, and operating results

  • Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities

  • Partner with operations leaders on budgets, forecasts, and financial decisions

  • Support inventory controls and ensure the accuracy of plant-related financial information

  • Prepare financial presentations and communicate results to senior leadership


What We’re Looking For



  • 4+ years of accounting or finance experience within a manufacturing environment

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing accounting, cost analysis, and financial reporting

  • Experience partnering with operations or plant leadership

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
