Plant Automation Electrician – Manufacturing Equipment Integration

Is this you?
- Do you thrive commissioning PLC-driven lines and validating signals from sensors, photo-eyes, and limit switches?
- Are you comfortable installing switchgear, transformers, MCCs, and control panels—and verifying voltage, phase rotation, and load?
- Can you relocate machinery, run feeders and branch circuits, and terminate both power and control wiring with confidence?
- Do NEC, OSHA, LOTO, and GMP best practices guide how you work?
Your mission
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade plant electrical systems and manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime and maximize throughput on a full-time, first-shift schedule. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, bringing lines online, solving controls issues, and executing preventive maintenance with precision.
Success looks like
- New and relocated equipment commissioned on time and to spec
- Clean, well-labeled terminations and validated signal integrity
- Safe, standards-compliant work documented after testing and verification
- Rapid root-cause troubleshooting that cuts downtime
Background we value
High-volume manufacturing experience—especially plastics, food & beverage, packaging, pharmaceutical, or closely related environments—is highly preferred.
What you’ll need
- 6+ years as an Industrial Electrician in industrial/manufacturing settings
- Ability to interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Basic hand and electrical tools

- Hourly rate: $30–$35, depending on experience
