Description

Key Responsibilities:
Support HR administrative processes.
Process purchase orders, invoices, and other financial paperwork.
Coordinate meetings, communications, and plant events.
Track production, safety, and operational data as needed.
Assist with onboarding and employee administrative requests.
Ensure accurate filing and compliance with company procedures.
Provide general administrative support to plant leadership and departments

Skill:
Organization & Time Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in records, reports, payroll, invoices, and plant documentation.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication with employees, supervisors, vendors, and leadership.
Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive employee, payroll, and business information professionally.
Problem Solving: Identifies issues, gathers information, and supports effective solutions.
Customer Service: Provides responsive support to employees and plant leadership.
Data Management: Comfortable maintaining databases, generating reports, and analyzing information.
Teamwork: Collaborates effectively across operations, HR, maintenance, quality, and finance functions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint a plus if they have experience with Canva or Adobe!

Experience Required:
Entry level position ideally some administrative experience.   

Education Required:
High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field preferred.
