Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of production planners Develop short‑ and long‑term production plans to meet customer demand and business objective Standardize planning processes and drive best practices across the organization Support audits, executive reviews, and operational readiness initiative Oversee planning activities within ERP and planning tools (e.g., SAP) Analyze demand and supply signals to identify gaps, trends, and improvement opportunities Review and analyze dashboards and KPIs related to forecast accuracy, cycle time, inventory, and service levels, on time starts, etc. to drive continuous improvement Support new product launches (NPL) and product ramps, ensuring supply readiness Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to mitigate risks related to capacity, materials, or constrains
