Job Summary:This role is responsible for managing and optimizing the central intake point for all incoming requests and submissions across the FSO organization. You will drive process consolidation, qualify submissions, and ensure efficient hand-offs to planning functions. The position also involves managing outbound requests, maintaining key stakeholder relationships, and reporting on operational metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a unified intake system for all FSO requests.
- Consolidate fragmented intake processes through influence and collaboration.
- Triage and qualify all inbound submissions for downstream planning.
- Define and enforce intake standards, SLAs, and qualification criteria.
- Track and report on inbound and outbound FSO requests.
Must-Have Skills:
- Experience building and maintaining intake systems.
- Proven ability to drive change without formal authority.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
This role requires experience in fast-paced, cross-functional operational environments.
