    Description

    Job responsibilities include:

    • Handles work orders and reschedule reports.
    • Research and fix receiving and invoicing errors
    • Assist Department Manager with creation of work orders as needed.
    • Other tasks as assigned.

    Required

    • Bachelor's degree is preferred in related field, or equivalent work experience.
    • Three (3) year experience in a purchasing / planning department in manufacturing environment
    • Experience with MRP/ERP systems
    • Knowledge of optics processing is highly preferred
    • Proficient in using basic software, Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word Environments
    • Must be a U.S. Person

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Experience with Oracle
    • Experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment
    • Excellent communication skills, and strong work ethic / integrity
    • Ability to work with all levels of an organization effectively.

    Safety Requirements

    Depending on location, this position may be responsible for the execution and maintenance of the ISO 9000, 9001, 14001 and/or other applicable standards that may apply to the relevant roles and responsibilities within the Quality Management System and Environmental Management System.
