Job Purpose
The Planning Director will support and promote the sale of Jackson's suite of investment products through advanced retirement and wealth planning strategies. This individual acts as a consultant and liaison to the sales force and a business partner to their advisors by communicating, identifying, and helping to close sales opportunities. The Planning Director mentors, provides guidance, and trains other staff members.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required.
Advanced degree or certification, including LLM, MBA, CIMA, CAIA, or CFA, required. JD, CFP, or CPA preferred.
8+ years of experience in financial services sales or consultation required.
Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) required.
FINRA Series 6 or 7 within 60 Days required.
FINRA Series 63 within 60 Days required.
