Through your technical expertise and utilization of room design software tools, you support the planning and design process for operating rooms, imaging rooms, and other specialty procedure rooms. In this role, you will:Develop and complete design packages for operating rooms, imaging rooms, and specialty procedure roomsCollaborate with Planning & Design team members on project reviews, design solutions, third-party design needs, and emerging technologiesWork with internal product management teams to support product development and technical initiativesParticipate in project meetings to provide guidance and support throughout the design processAssist in the review of project scope, priorities, and workload distribution across the Planning & Design teamIdentify opportunities to improve design procedures, tools and internal processesCommunicate project opportunities, challenges, and recommendations to Planning & Design and Product Management teamsDevelop an understanding of complex healthcare room design, clinical workflows and medical technologiesParticipate in training and professional development activities to expand technical and product knowledgeWhat You'll BringWe're looking for a collaborative and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a technical, customer-focused environment.
