Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/p>- Client Consultation & Planning:<\/b> Work closely with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences. Provide expert recommendations on destinations, accommodations, and experiences.
<\/li> - Supplier Management:<\/b> Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, including hotels, cruise lines, airlines, tour operators, and other travel service providers. Negotiate rates, packages, and availability.
<\/li> - Booking and Coordination:<\/b> Manage all aspects of client travel bookings, from accommodations to transportation, ensuring every detail is confirmed and in place.
<\/li> - Sales and Relationship Building:<\/b> Drive sales by providing personalized travel plans that meet client expectations. Build long -term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
<\/li> - Ongoing Support:<\/b> Offer continuous support to clients, assisting with changes, cancellations, or additional bookings as needed.
<\/li> - Sales Tracking:<\/b> Keep track of your sales, commissions, and performance goals. Regularly report on progress and work towards meeting sales targets.
<\/li> - Marketing and Outreach:<\/b> Promote your services to potential clients through social media, referrals, and other marketing channels.
<\/li> - Stay Informed:<\/b> Stay updated on the latest travel trends, offers, and promotions from suppliers to provide the best options for clients.

Requirements:<\/b>
<\/p>- Must be 18 years of age<\/b> or older.
<\/li> - Must have access to a reliable Wi -Fi connection<\/b> to work from home.
<\/li> - Strong interest in travel, and the ability to research and recommend travel destinations, hotels, cruises, and other travel services.
<\/li> - Sales experience or the willingness to learn and grow in a sales -driven environment.
<\/li> - Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) to interact with clients and suppliers.
<\/li> - Ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and clients.
<\/li> - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to handle multiple clients and bookings.
<\/li> - Self -motivated, independent, and goal -oriented with a passion for achieving success.
<\/li> - Computer proficiency with the ability to work in online booking systems, email, and social media platforms.
<\/li> - Previous experience in travel planning or hospitality is a plus but not required.

Compensation:<\/b>

This is a commission -only position<\/b>, meaning your earnings are based solely on the sales you generate. All profits from your bookings (hotels, cruises, flights, packages, etc.) will be commission -based, and there is unlimited earning potential<\/b>. The more clients you help and the more bookings you secure, the higher your income will be.
