Planning Associate to support growth and help build infrastructure for an efficient, scalable client experience.
Salary/Hourly Rate: $60k - $75k
Position Overview: The Planning Associate will provide support to a growing financial planning team. This opportunity is ideal for someone with several years of relevant experience, strong attention to detail, and financial planning software experience.
Responsibilities of the Planning Associate:- Complete various financial planning and paraplanning tasks.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the financial planning team.
- Assist the team with workload associated with tax season.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail across all assigned work.
- Collaborate closely with the firm's operations and partner-level team members.
- Help ensure financial planning tasks and client-related deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
Required Experience/Skills for the Planning Associate:- 5-8 years of relevant financial planning, paraplanning, or related experience.
- Active Series 7 license.
- Extreme attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience with eMoney or Wealthscape is required.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a small team.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Planning Associate:- Experience with financial planning or wealth management software.
- Experience working in a financial advisory or wealth management firm.
- Experience supporting financial planning processes during tax season.
