Planner V (SR-24)

Distinguishing Characteristics: This class differs from that of the Planner IV in that the Planner V independently performs the full range of responsible professional planning work in the development, design, and conduct of community planning projects; whereas the Planner IV assists higher level planners in the development and design of community planning projects. Independently performs responsible professional planning work in the development, design and conduct of community planning projects; and performs other related duties as assigned.

IMPORTANT: HIRING RATES WILL BE BASED ON AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS, THE APPLICANT'S QUALIFICATIONS, AND OTHER RELEVANT FACTORS.
Appointment may be made at any rate within the salary range from SR-24D ($6,221) to SR-24L ($8,517) per month.
