NextEra Energy Resources is seeking a skilled professional to join our Project Scheduling & Planning group within the Engineering and Construction Division. Based in the picturesque Juno Beach, Florida, this role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of projects including Wind, Solar, Energy Storage, Transmission Lines, and more. Collaborate with a passionate team to drive project success through innovative energy technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and progress project schedules using Primavera P6 Software.
• Prepare monthly reports comparing baseline approved schedules to progress schedules, including critical path method, resource loading, and cost loading.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary meetings and report project status to management.
• Support the development, engineering, and construction of various energy projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction, Business Management, or a similar field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Minimum 3 years of scheduling experience or 4 years in project management with experience in tracking project plans.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Preferences

• Experience with Primavera P6 Software.
• Familiarity with energy technologies such as Wind, Solar, and Energy Storage.
