Our client in the industrial operations industry is looking for a Maintenance Planner to join their team!
Location: Bagdad, AZ
Pay: $65,000 - $75,000
Here is what you will be doing:
- Support area supervisors with job preparation, field readiness, equipment, and material availability in alignment with company maintenance standards.
- Plan, prioritize, schedule, and track assigned work orders; lead and participate in daily, weekly, and monthly planning meetings with key stakeholders.
- Manage schedules, runtime forecasting, and maintenance history within the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP/SAP) system to maintain accurate data integrity.
- Partner with internal supply chain teams and external vendors to coordinate parts, materials, service contracts, and warehouse inventory levels.
- Collaborate with senior planners and supervisors to organize, scope, and execute major planned production shutdowns.
- Generate regular and ad hoc KPI reports and provide key data to support maintenance management decisions and departmental budgeting.
Here is what our ideal candidate has:
- 2-4 years of field maintenance or planning experience in manufacturing or industrial operations.
- Foundational knowledge of maintenance planning principles and industrial process equipment.
- Proficiency with maintenance management systems (SAP/ERP preferred) and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience managing end-to-end maintenance scheduling, optimize equipment reliability, and support critical field operations and work orders.
- Strong professional written and verbal communication skills.
