Overview
LABUR is partnering with a client to identify a Planisware Systems Administrator who brings hands-on platform experience and the technical depth to move beyond an analyst-level capacity. This individual will take full ownership of system administration responsibilities, serving as the primary point of contact for all Planisware platform operations.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end administration of the Planisware platform, including configuration, maintenance, and optimization
- Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and security settings across the environment
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, ensuring minimal disruption to end users
- Support platform upgrades, patches, and release management activities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into system configurations and enhancements
Qualifications
- Demonstrated hands-on experience administering the Planisware platform
- Technical proficiency that extends beyond reporting or analyst-level tasks into full system administration
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills within enterprise PPM environments
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of platform operations
