Are you an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal looking for your next career opportunity?

We are working with a Houston-area law firm seeking a detail-oriented, motivated Personal Injury Paralegal to join its team.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working directly with clients, thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment, and takes pride in helping injured individuals navigate the legal process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement and litigation.

• Draft legal documents, pleadings, discovery requests, responses, and correspondence.

• Coordinate medical records, billing records, and supporting documentation.

• Communicate with clients, attorneys, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and expert witnesses.

• Assist attorneys with depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation.

• Maintain organized case files, calendars, and critical deadlines.

• Prepare demand packages and assist with settlement documentation.

• Support attorneys throughout the litigation process.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal, preferably on the plaintiff side.

• Strong knowledge of Texas personal injury litigation procedures.

• Experience with case management, discovery, and trial preparation.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines independently.

• Proficiency with legal case management software and Microsoft Office.

• Strong attention to detail and a client-focused mindset.
