Position: Plaintiff Personal Injury Associate Attorney

Location: Houston, TX

Position Type: Full-Time

A dynamic and expanding personal injury law firm in Houston is seeking a driven Associate Attorney to join its client-focused practice. The firm is dedicated to advocating aggressively for injured individuals, handling cases with a hands-on, strategic approach from intake through resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a full docket of pre-litigation and litigation personal injury files

  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses

  • Conduct depositions, attend hearings, and participate in mediations

  • Evaluate case viability, calculate damages, and negotiate top-tier settlements with insurance carriers

  • Maintain frequent, direct communication with clients to guide them through the legal process

What We Offer

  • Compensation: $115,000 – $125,000 base salary, depending on experience, plus lucrative bonus potential

Qualifications

  • Active member in good standing with the State Bar of Texas

  • 1–4 years of experience handling plaintiff-side personal injury matters

  • Strong written, oral advocacy, and negotiation skills
