I work with small and midsize firms, established regional practices, sophisticated litigation boutiques, and nationally recognized law firms across multiple markets.
Plaintiff-side personal injury litigation, including automobile accidents, premises liability, catastrophic injury, or wrongful death matters.
Managing cases from intake and investigation through settlement or trial.
Conducting depositions, discovery, and motion practice.
Negotiating settlements with insurance carriers and defense counsel.
Experience with mediations, hearings, jury trials, or trial preparation.
Working directly with injured clients and their families.
