Plaintiff Paralegal (Personal Injury Case Manager)

Meissner Law Firm is currently seeking an experienced Plaintiff Paralegal (Personal Injury Case Manager) who will get hands-on experience assisting attorneys with cases from intake through pre-litigation, litigation, and trial, and has the ability to handle tasks on their own.

Qualifications

• Legal Secretarial or Paralegal experience
• Litigation skills and excellent working knowledge of legal documents and civil procedure
• Experience with pre-litigation procedures
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in order to communicate effectively with clients
