Are you an experienced Plaintiff Mass Torts and Personal Injury Attorney looking to join a highly respected and growing plaintiff-side litigation practice? Our client is seeking an attorney with 8+ years of experience to handle complex mass tort, catastrophic injury, and personal injury matters from inception through resolution.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile, high-value cases while playing a key role in a collaborative and successful litigation team.

What You'll Do

  • Manage complex mass tort and personal injury cases from inception through resolution

  • Develop case strategy and evaluate liability and damages

  • Draft and argue substantive motions, pleadings, and legal memoranda

  • Take and defend depositions, including expert and fact witnesses

  • Attend hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and court appearances

  • Work directly with clients, experts, and co-counsel throughout all phases of litigation

  • Assist with trial preparation and trial strategy

  • Mentor junior attorneys and support case development efforts

  • Maintain compliance with court deadlines and litigation requirements

Qualifications

  • J.D. and active California Bar admission

  • 8+ years of plaintiff-side mass tort, personal injury, or complex litigation experience

  • Strong deposition, motion practice, and case management experience

  • Trial preparation experience required; trial experience is a plus

  • Excellent legal research, writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills

  • Ability to independently manage a sophisticated caseload

  • Strong client relationship and communication skills
