A respected plaintiff-side firm is growing its Philadelphia office and needs a Plaintiff Attorney to carry a docket of serious personal-injury and mass-tort files. This is a case-handling seat: you'll build and advance cases with an experienced team behind you, rather than live on a trial calendar.
What Your Days Look Like:
- Develop and manage plaintiff PI and toxic-tort/asbestos files from intake through resolution
- Handle discovery, expert coordination, depositions, and settlement posture
- Interview clients, assemble exposure and treatment chronologies, and keep matters moving
What We Hope You Bring:
- A few years of civil litigation, ideally plaintiff-side (PI, mass tort, or asbestos welcome)
- Active Pennsylvania bar
- Comfort owning a caseload, strong writing, and steady client communication
