Our West Springfield, MA office is currently seeking a placement coordinator to join our team. Great opportunity for a recent college graduate seeking an entry-level opportunity!
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Researching qualified candidates.
- High volume of outgoing calls to recruit candidates to apply.
- Interviewing prospective candidates.
- Coordinating job placements for candidates.
- Account management.
- additional administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
- At least one year of experience in business, sales, retail, or similar.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Bilingual a plus.
- Strong computer skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Reliable transportation.
