PKI Program Manager

Location: Austin, Phoenix, Denver, Dallas

Core Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end oversight of multiple workstreams
• Align Operations, Engineering, and Leadership teams
• Ensure strategic and tactical execution across initiatives
• Drive cross-functional communication and accountability

 

Executive Engagement

• Present monthly updates to C-level leadership
• Translate deep technical details into executive-level insights
• Roll up program updates and risks to CTO leadership

Key Focus Area

• Lead initiatives around Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC)
• • Transitioning enterprise systems to quantum-resistant encryption
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and implementation strategies

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with senior leadership across security and engineering

Must-Have Experience

• Strong PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) expertise
• Deep knowledge of cryptography & encryption
• • Experience with tools/platforms like Palo Alto Networks, CyberArk, or similar
• Proven background in enterprise-scale, high-visibility programs
• Strong security foundation (enterprise cybersecurity, identity, encryption, etc.)

 

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Strong technical + program leadership hybrid
• Comfortable operating at both:
• • Deep technical level (calling out details, risks)
  • Executive level (summarizing, presenting, influencing)
• Experience driving large-scale security transformations
