Pizza Shop Manager

Glide Pizza has built something special these past 5+ years in Atlanta.

We started as a small walk-up window serving great pizza, and that same simple, quality-driven energy still defines who we are. We’re looking for a General Manager for our soon-to-be open location in South Downtown Atlanta. 

We are looking for a compassionate individual and a seasoned manager who can run the kitchen, and front of house, and keep the entire operation running smoothly while maintaining the Glide's culture of friendliness, consistency, quality and speed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all daily operations, including kitchen, FOH
• Ensure pizza prep and recipes stay consistent across shifts
• Train and manage staff with clear communication and accountability
• Enforce cleanliness and health code standards at all times
• Manage labor, scheduling, and ordering to stay within targets
• Maintain a positive, fast-paced work environment that guests and staff enjoy

Requirements

• Proven experience managing both kitchen and front-of-house teams
• Strong knowledge of pizza preparation and kitchen organization
• Skilled at enforcing health and sanitation standards
• Comfortable managing bar operations and staff
• Reliable, organized, and able to multitask under pressure
• Familiar with TOAST POS systems (Toast preferred) and delivery platforms that are compatible.
