Oven 360 Troy is looking to add pizza makers & shift leaders who can grow into a managerial role within our team.

Job Description:

·         Manage open and close of restaurant as needed

·         Combination of open, close and afternoon shifts

·         Paid in benefits available

·         Stretch, top, and cook pizza as needed in a high paced environment

·         Addressing any performance issues that may occur with the Team Members.

·         Managing of inventory as needed

·         Enjoy working with a successful team in a safe environment

·         Assess safety, maintenance and cleanliness.

·         Engaging your team to make sure that they understand the business priorities of the restaurant, always keeping in mind it is about the "Customer Experience".

What we're looking for:

·         Those individuals that hold the passion and energy for guest service and creating friendly, fast, and exceptional guest experiences

·         Previous pizza making experience is an asset, but we will consider training the right candidate
