About the Role:Ballerina Restaurant Inc is looking for a passionate and skilled Pizza Maker to join our team in beautiful Bal Harbour, FL! Responsibilities:- Prepare and hand-craft pizzas according to restaurant recipes and quality standards
- Stretch, toss, and shape dough to proper thickness and size
- Apply sauces, cheeses, and toppings with consistency and precision
- Operate and monitor pizza ovens, adjusting temperatures as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout each shift
- Monitor ingredient inventory and communicate supply needs to management
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
Requirements:- Prior experience as a pizza maker, line cook, or in a similar kitchen role preferred
- Knowledge of dough preparation, proofing, and pizza assembly techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and consistency
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards (Food Handler certification a plus)
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
