We're a vibrant brewery community where great food and craft beer come together. Our kitchen is the heart of our operation, and we're looking for team members who care deeply about the work they do and want to build a meaningful career with us.
What You'll Do:
- Prepare and cook pizzas and other menu items with precision and consistency
- Manage line station responsibilities during service
- Maintain food safety standards and hold current ServSafe Food Handler or Manager certification (We'll train the right candidate)
- Collaborate with your kitchen team to ensure smooth, efficient service
- Contribute to a positive, supportive kitchen culture
- Work various shifts: Monday-Wednesday 1:30-9:30pm, Thursday-Saturday (9am-4pm or 3:30-9:30pm), and Sunday (8am-3pm or 2:30-9pm)
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum two years of professional kitchen experience
- Current Serv-Safe Food Handler or Manager certification (required)
- Strong attention to detail and food quality
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- Reliability and commitment to your craft
