Responsibilities:
Prepare and hand-craft pizzas according to restaurant recipes and quality standards
Stretch, top, and bake pizzas with consistency and speed during service
Manage pizza oven temperatures and monitor cook times for optimal results
Maintain a clean and organized pizza station throughout each shift
Assist with prep work including sauce preparation, ingredient portioning, and stocking toppings
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
Requirements:
Prior experience in a kitchen, pizza-making, or food service role preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and consistency
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one
