Pizza Delivery Driver Position Summary:

Villa Nova Pizzeria is seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Pizza Delivery Driver to join our team. Our drivers play an important role in creating a great customer experience by ensuring every order is delivered accurately, safely, and on time. When not on deliveries, drivers assist with restaurant operations to help keep the team running smoothly.

Essential Responsibilities

• Deliver customer orders in a safe, courteous, and timely manner.
• Verify orders are complete and accurate before leaving the restaurant.
• Provide exceptional customer service during every interaction.
• Collect payments and process transactions when required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe delivery vehicle.
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety procedures.
• Plan efficient delivery routes based on traffic and weather conditions.
• Assist with answering phones and taking customer orders as needed.
• Help prepare orders for delivery, including packaging and quality checks.
• Support fellow team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable, insured vehicle available for deliveries.
• Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle in varying weather conditions.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods.

Compensation:

Base pay $6.00 - $8.00

+ $4.00 on every delievery

+ Tips - You keep 100% of your tips and leave with them every night.

In 2008, the Workman Family franchised the pizzeria in New Buffalo, Michigan, bringing the same iconic recipes, warm hospitality, and community first mindset to Southwest Michigan. The expansion carried forward the legacy of the original while building new traditions for families in the New Buffalo area.
