We're searching for an experienced Pizzaiolo who takes pride in creating authentic Neapolitan pizza and understands that every dough, every stretch, and every bake tells a story.

Your Mission

Create exceptional Neapolitan pizzas with consistency, speed, and craftsmanship while honoring the traditions that make this style of pizza one of the world's most celebrated culinary experiences.

You'll be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of dough preparation, fermentation, baking, and presentation, ensuring every pizza that leaves the oven reflects our commitment to quality.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and bake authentic Neapolitan pizzas using traditional techniques.
  
• Stretch dough by hand while maintaining proper structure and consistency.
  
• Manage wood-fired or high-temperature pizza ovens with confidence and precision.
  
• Monitor dough fermentation, hydration, proofing, and quality throughout the production process.
  
• Prepare fresh ingredients and ensure every topping is handled with care.
  
• Maintain consistency in flavor, texture, and presentation during every service.
  
• Work closely with the culinary team to execute service efficiently during high-volume periods.
  
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety.
  
• Help develop seasonal features and contribute ideas to enhance the pizza program.
  
• Take ownership of your station and maintain pride in every pizza served.

What We're Looking For

• Experience making authentic Neapolitan or artisan-style pizza.
  
• Strong understanding of dough fermentation, hydration, and pizza production.
  
• Experience operating wood-fired or high-temperature pizza ovens preferred.
  
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen.
  
• Commitment to quality, cleanliness, and organization.
  
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude.
  
• Passion for learning and continuous improvement.
  
• Food safety knowledge and attention to detail.
  
• Spanish speaking is a plus, but not required.
