This fall Redwood Smoke Shack is opening our third location and we are currently looking for
highly motivated and passionate individuals to join the hardest working crew in Hampton Roads.
We pride ourselves on providing the absolute best work environment in the restaurant industry.

Job Requirements:
- Be culinary professional with a passion for food and barbeque
- Be articulate and able to listen and communicate effectively
- Have at least 3 years experience in high volume kitchens
- Have the ability to scale recipes up or down by multiplying and dividing fractions and converting units of measurement
- Be able to self-manage, prioritize tasks and plan out your shift accordingly
- Possess an excellent work ethic and desire to learn and continually grow
- Have reliable transportation
It would be great if:
-You have experience cooking on a smoker or with live fire
-You have high volume prep experience
-You have leadership experience
-You have experience trimming meat and making sausage
