-Model mechanical piping systems
-Coordinate systems with: ductwork, mechanical equipment , architectural, and structural elements
-Create As-Built condition drawings for projects
-stay within the compliance with project plans, specifications, and code
-produce all documents on time and within budget
-Work alongside the project manager and field foreman
-High School diploma or GED, or 2 years associates degree
-5 years experience with mechanical piping design or trade
-basic Microsoft office experience
-ability to read and interpret construction documents
