Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Pipe Fitter Foreman to lead commercial mechanical piping projects in the San Antonio area. This position is responsible for supervising field crews, coordinating daily installation activities, and ensuring piping systems are installed safely, accurately, and according to project specifications.

This position is responsible for supervising field crews, coordinating daily installation activities, and ensuring piping systems are installed safely, accurately, and according to project specifications.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead pipe fitters and apprentices on commercial job sites.
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, schematics, and construction drawings.
- Layout, assemble, install, and inspect commercial piping systems.
- Coordinate daily work with project managers, superintendents, and other trades.
- Ensure installations meet project specifications, codes, and quality standards.
- Plan manpower, materials, tools, and equipment needed to maintain project schedules.
- Monitor job progress and communicate field issues or changes to project leadership.
- Enforce company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized job site.
- 5+ years of commercial pipe fitting or mechanical piping experience.
- Previous foreman, lead, or crew leadership experience strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of commercial piping systems, installation methods, and materials.
- Ability to read and work from blueprints, plans, and construction documents.
- Strong understanding of job-site safety and quality standards.
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced commercial construction environment.
