Required Skills:

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
• Proven experience operating pipe finishing, beveling, or similar machinery
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures
• Ability to set up, adjust, and operate finishing machines accurately
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Basic math skills for precise measurements and adjustments
• Comfortable handling heavy materials and working in a physical environment
• Effective communication skills in a team setting

Nice to Have Skills:

• Previous experience in steel fabrication or welding preparation
• Familiarity with routine equipment maintenance
• Knowledge of quality inspection standards in manufacturing
• Forklift certification or related safety training

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience operating manufacturing or metal fabrication machinery
