Introduction

We are seeking an experienced Ping Identity Engineer to design, implement, support, and optimize enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using the Ping Identity suite. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in SSO, Federation, MFA, API security, and directory services, with experience supporting large-scale enterprise or BFSI environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong expertise in SSO, Federation, MFA, API security, and directory services.
• Experience in engineering and implementing enterprise authentication and authorization solutions using PingFederate, PingAccess, and PingDirectory.
• Ability to configure and maintain SSO integrations for SaaS, cloud, and on-premises applications.
• Experience with authentication & federation protocols like SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC).
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in BFSI, Healthcare, or other regulated industries.
• Experience with Okta, Entra ID, ForgeRock, Saviynt, or SailPoint.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise authentication and authorization solutions using PingFederate, PingAccess, and PingDirectory.
• Integrate new applications with Ping Identity platforms and configure SAML, OAuth, and OIDC connections.
• Design authentication policies and access control frameworks and implement MFA and adaptive authentication controls.
• Troubleshoot authentication, federation, and access-related issues and monitor Ping platform health and performance.
