MD-MS PIM

Creates and edits product information data tables to ensure data integrity. Researches and resolves complex escalated PIM issues. Performs bulk updates to product information management (PIM) system.

Reviews current product data issues to identify root causes; recommends and develops improvements to processes that impact product data information inception and maintenance.

Assists in the research and planning of processes to support existing foundational data. Provides subject matter expertise on product data information processes.

Assists in the development of training material and tips on PIM systems; provides training to system users. Conducts QA testing to ensure integrity of data fixes and enhancements.

Performs other duties as assigned.
